Yellow-green Vireo (Vireo flavoviridis), Portal Peak Lodge parking lot, Cochise County

This Yellow-green Vireo was discovered and photographed by Eric Horvath on 02 August 2011.

There are 10 previously accepted records for Arizona.  Another bird has been reported in Patagonia this summer, but no documentation has yet been received by AZFO or ABC. 

From Red-eyed Vireo by extensively yellow underparts including undertail coverts, lack of dark border to crown.  Long, heavy bill.
